Ronald Reagan called his defense and foreign policy approach "peace through strength." Some say beefed up defenses only lead to war. Now, Donald Trump has embraced Reagan's approach, and he is proposing a ten percent increase in defense spending. Is his proposed budget boost a prelude to another American war?
