Publicly shaming the Oscar accountant was wrong

Kara Alaimo says PricewaterhouseCoopers claimed it was taking full responsibility for the wrong envelope handed to the Oscar presenters, but in fact it subtly tried to shift the blame by naming the accountant involved.
