This device stops mosquito bites itching, you just activate the pen and push onto your bite for 45 seconds.

Bite Helper uses "thermo-pulse" technology which delivers heat and vibration to the skin which increases blood flow to the affected area.

Independent reviewers have said that Bite Helper works, but it is not intended to replace medical treatment. 

You can buy one online for around £30.
